Family focused class for ages 5 and up. We encourage parents to train with their younglings in the first class and as they grow and develop into Dragonz.

Choose your goals and we help guide you. Whether it's to get fitter and stronger, learning to defend yourself, or one day fight in the ring here in NZ or overseas there is something for everyone.
